BladeSports International Inc.™ is a Texas non-profit corporation formed to promote knife safety, provide workshops and cutting events for its members, and to inform and educate the public with regard to the safe use of a knife as a tool.

Big Hand Dave (David Moore)

David Moore (Big Hands Dave) is a hobbyist Musician, Woodworker, Knifemaker and a Bladesports Competitor.  During his first year competing he quailfied for the 2019 US National Bladesports Championship where he placed first in the rookie division, third overall and earned a spot to compete in the 2019 World Championship. Sara O'Conner Maly

Sara competed in blade sports for 1 year and medaled 3 times. She has lived in Texas her whole life and has been a middle school math and leadership teacher for 17 years, coached volleyball and track for 4 of those (and teacher of the year twice ). Married to Jeff for 18 years, two kids, Kaitlynn, 14 and Connor 11 Graduated from Texas A&M University.
