Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active
within 24 hours.

Lost Packages and Damages
Pops Knife Supplies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are sent at the customers risk. Any shipping insurance claims are the customers responsibility and Pops Knife Supplies will not be
responsible for stolen, lost or damaged packages.

ALL UK SHIPPING AND SALES HAVE STOPPED
Due to unreasonable weapons policies in the UK we have been fined for shipping knife related products to the UK. As of 12/03/2025 we have made the unfortunate decision to stop all sales to the UK. For any questions please email us.
