📦 Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or due to inventory delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We offer several shipping options at checkout, including USPS, UPS, Fedex and DHL for international customers.

  • Delivery estimates provided at checkout are generated by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.  Once the actual cost is calculated, we refund back the difference in the actual cost and estimated cost.

  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Restrictions on Certain Items

  • Some products such as knife-making materials, chemicals, adhesives, or sharpening compounds may have shipping restrictions depending on location.

  • We comply with all federal, state, and carrier regulations regarding restricted materials.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but replacement or refund eligibility is determined case-by-case.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

 

 

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Most unused and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of knife-making supplies, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Abrasives that have been opened or used

  • Steel bars or handle materials that have been cut, modified, or altered

  • Custom orders or special-order products

  • Digital downloads, plans, or instructions

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at Info@PopsKnifeSupplies.com with your order number to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, ship the item(s) back using the provided instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was our error.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items.

  • We may require photos before issuing an exchange.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund defective or incorrect items at no additional cost.
