Bill Behnke/Neil Kamimura Universal Integral & Flat Blade File Guide

This new two tools in one originally was the concept of Neil Kamimura to hold an intergal knife with flat sides therefore that is why his name is alongside mine. I added a few things that added features like clearance to tilt the blade to grind various angles and also by reversing the bars this can be used for grind flat blades.

The custom made carbide plates are secured by screws.
